Gold gym sector 14 gurgaon is worst gym . the trainers lack basic knowledge . Even head trainer MR VEER YADAV never guided me correct he lacks basic knowledge and lacks basic etiquette . worst is physiotherapist MISS REKHA VERMA she knows nothing about physiotherapy seems as if she has fake degree or what she lacks basic knowledge also atleast inspite of me going to her number of times she never listened or responded . rest all other trainers too lack basic knowledge AND 2 trainer guided me wrong exercise i got injury . Never join this gym please dont risk your life .Beware of these corporate gyms chains franchisee who just want money and once you pay them theyl never respond to your grievances even brand gold will never respond and will say franchisees are not dere responsibility they can fuction as they want . the management doesnt teach or evaluate the trainers and in turn if u complain that trainers lack knowledge and dont guide u correct the management consiting of MR ASHISH GUPTA and his mother they shout at you . i will rate gold gym sector 14 as worst. Dont wana give 1 star also.
