Achieving your health and fitness goals is the #1 priority at our gym, as we work closely with each client to design an ideal exercise and fitness program that will safely move them forward, while at the same time providing a definitive challenge that will allow them to build the physical strength and mental willpower to push themselves to new heights. We are Balance In Motion and we help people to get stronger, healthier, and happier... pleased to meet you :)
So just what is Balance in Motion? We are a group of personal trainers, kinesiologists, and health professionals who use exercise and fitness to help people achieve their peak physical strength and conditioning. Whether that be an elite athlete who needs sport specific training to gain an edge over their competition, to someone who has sustained a work-related or car accident injury and needs physical therapy to rehabilite their injury and return to normal life. Our personal trainers are highly educated, all holding a minimum of a degree in Kinesiology and each and every staff member is dedicated to further their education and embracing a spirit of continued learning and discovery.
One on One Personal Training
If you prefer one on one personal training then you should give us a call and book your initial assessment. This is where we take any relevant medical history and conduct an analysis on your strengths, weaknesses, and any muscle imbalances you might have. We then discuss your health goals and work together to formulate a plan so we can begin moving forward.
Group Fitness Training
If group classes are your thing then you should know that we have an incredible schedule of group fitness classes that provide a very fun and challenging environment that is full of positive vibes and motivation. Many of our clients use a combination of grou classes with one-on-one training in addition to some of our other services.
