Na tomto semináři Vás Honza provede základními postupy a manipulací s výživou, metabolismem, energií a jednotlivými makroživinami (sacharidy, bílkoviny, tuky). Naučíte se manipulovat se svojí výživou tak, abyste se dostali ke zlepšení svých silových výkonů, vhodně nastavili výživu pro hubnutí, nebo tvarování postavy a dokázali maximalizovat zisk svalové hmoty. Bude se zabývat i doporučením v příjmu a užití doplňků stravy, jejich načasování a kombinace. To vše v jednom funkčním komplexu poskládaném do vhodného jídelníčku.
