Starting your yoga practice? Would like to learn more details and postures? Have time to ask questions and work with your practice for two consecutive days? Set a simple practice that you can follow on your on mat? Join our workshop for beginners. We will start on Saturday 24.2. with a 2 hour practice and continue on Sunday 25.2. also in the morning.
Details:
In the 2 + 2 hour workshop we will go through the basic principles of yoga – breath, asanas, relaxation. We will cover the Sun Salutation A in details. This sequence of 9 asanas can on its own be your daily practice. Practising sun salutations regularly keeps the body strong and flexible.
We will continue with basic asanas that are part of almost every yoga class. The focus will be on alignment, correct breathing and benefits of each posture. With notes about what to avoid in these postures, how to practise safely.
