13.10. vás zveme na první lekci pátečního BOSU CORE v 17:30 s trenérkou Evou.

Jedná se o pomalou lekci s využitím balanční pomůcky BOSU zaměřenou na aktivaci hlubokých svalů středu těla – CORE (břišní, zádové), ale rovněž na intenzivní posílení všech dalších problematických partií, jako jsou stehna, hýždě a paže.
