Join us for a wonderful weekend of activites including meditation, crystal healing, Indian Head Massage, PilatesEVO, Personal Development, Angel Cards, Psychic Meditation, Acu Sound, Reiki, Psycometry, Mindfulness & chakra healing meditation, and dousing.

You will be introduced to a range of wonderful techniques that can enhance and enrich your life. You will also have time for self-study, and to relax by the pool.

This is the first of our Holistic Retreats featuring healers Sheila Steptoe, Lynne Akers, and Carol Barrett from the UK, and fitness/wellness trainers Julia Nikolajeva (JNFit) and Chris Hunt, the creator of PilatesEVO. All sessions will be in English.

This retreat begins on Thursday 29th October, and finishes at lunchtime on Sunday 1st November. You will stay with us in our luxury villa with private swimming pool and lots of space to relax. We are next to beautiful forests, only 5 minutes by car to the sea, and only 30 minutes from the centre of Barcelona.
