A week in our private Villa with pool near Barcelona in the forest, only 30 minutes from central Barcelona and 5 minutes by car from the beach.
International trainers Kasia Tasarz, Juliashinia Nik and Chris Hunt will give sessions in a range of fitness activities including HIIT, Pilates EVO, bodyFUNC, Meltdown Fitness Yoga, Triple Treat, Forest Boot Camp and Flexi-Bars.
But this week is not only physical exrecise, it also includes a theory session everyday including NLP, training techniques, nutrition and everyone will have a personal fitness assessment.
There will also be time to relax in the beautiful gardens and swim in the pool.
The week includes transfers, all food from our own chef, and accommodation for 7 nights.
