We are happy to invite you to take part in workshops of Russian mega superstar of Exotic Pole dance ELENA SHTALINSKAYA in Prague!!! She is really one of the most graceful women in russian Pole Dancing with her own amazing, unique style.


Její tituly a umístění:

Elena is a board member of the International Association of Choreographers and Dancers. Repeated prizenter master classes in Russia and western and eastern Europe. Champion of Siberia 2010 in the category Exotic Pole dance. Elena took the second place in nomination Pole Classic Professional in London at competitions Pole Theatre this year. She is a honorary judge.

Typy a náplň workshopů:

1) POLE DANCE EXOTIC - 25.10.2014 (15:00 – 16:30) – 90 min

General warm-up, signature combos, transitions, choreography, dancing routine.
Cena: 1400 CZK
Míst: 10


2) STRIP-PLASTIC – 25.10.2014 (17:00-18:30) – 90 min

Warm-up, the study of hands and body plastic, elements and combinations on the ground used in exotic pole dance (floorwork).
Cena: 1200 CZK
Míst: 10

3) STRETCHING – 25.10.2014 (19.00-20.30)- 90 min

Special exercises to strengthen the muscles of the buttocks, back, press, hands and deep stretching. The program is designed for any level of training.
