Workshop je založený na transformaci fyzických cvičení, inspirovaných brazilskou lidovou divadelní tradici (Bumba meu Boi a Cavalo Marinho) na kreativní improvizaci. Budeme zkoumat vztah rytmu a významu. Prostřednictvím jednoduchosti lze dosáhnout nekonečných variací spojení s prostorem, partnery, tělem, které odpovídají vaší povaze a anatomickým rysům.

Cécile pracuje jako choreografka a herečka / zpěvačka s pražským souborem Spitfire Company. V Praze, Francii, Polsku a Řecku pořádá workshopy fyzického divadla. Ve své práci hledá hlasy, které mohou pohybovat tělem a těla, která mohou pohybovat hlasem. Její nejnovější představení je sólo s názvem Vypravěč inspirované knihou Kámen trpělivosti od Atiq Rahimi. V tomto multižánrovém představení oscilují tělo a hlas mezi bojem a křehkostí.

The workshop will be based on a transformation from physical training inspired by Brazilian folk theatrical tradition (Bumba meu Boi and Cavalo Marinho) into creative improvisation. We will look at the relation between the rhythm and the meaning. Through simplicity can be achieved an endless variations of connections with the space, the partners, the body which correspond to your character and anatomical traits.

Cécile is working as a choreographer and actress/singer with Spitfire Company based in Prague. She is running workshops of physical theater in Prague, France, Poland and Greece. In her work, she is searching for voices which can move the body and bodies which can move the voice. Her latest work is a solo called Narrator, a piece inspired by the book from Atiq Rahimi, The Patience Stone. A crossover performance where body and voice oscillate between fight and fragility.
