About Weight training
Weight training is a set of exercises focused on growth of muscle tissue. If you want to take it seriously, you should not forget about healthy diet, overall fitness training and relaxation. The advanced level of weight training is called bodybuilding. The training itself helps grow and firm up the musculature and get good impression of yourself. Weight training can be performed either in weight rooms and fitness centers by using dumbbells and and special fitness machines or anywhere else using only the weight of your body (pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc.).
