He's a big believer in adapting exercise in the gym to suit everyone and all lifestyles, whether you are trying to get fit, loose those extra pounds or you are training for a specific goal or event. Philip has been teaching and competing in Kickboxing (Free Style) for the past 10 years to the highest level. He has been taught and influenced by many great people. His Kickboxing has brought him to fight all across europe and he has had the opportunity to fight with well respected teams such as 'Team SWAT' 'WAKO Great Britain' and now with 'GENESIS Unleashed'.
