Unlike other martial arts gym which are very intimidating for newbies, FIST Gym trainers know how to handle those who have zero background in martial arts. The members are also very friendly and the gym has a "family-like atmosphere" in general.
The staff, trainers and fellow members are all friendly
Trainers handled newbies (just like me) very well
Parking is not a problem. Very spacious parking lot.
Low prices compared to others nearby.
