A 200sqm purpose built CrossFit facility with top of the line pendlay, rogue and Iron edge gear coupled with qualified personal trainers that are also qualified CrosFit Coaches working on the floor in every class to make sure you are safe, progressing and working towards your goals.
All classes are capped in size (12 clients and 2 coaches every class) to make sure you get one on one attention from your coach every session. You reach goals sooner and workout in a safer environment as the coach is able to fault correct and watch for safety issues with ease.
