About Swimming
It is a water sport entertaining for the whole family. The water offers a lot of fun while improving your condition. Swimming does not put a strain on joints and naturally exercise muscles of the whole body.
Indoor swimming pools are commonly used all year long but you can also try outdoor or natural swimming pools during summer. Thermal and heated pools are in turn a pleasurable experience in winter.
